Delivery Time Frames
- UK deliveries are typically fulfilled within 10 business days.
- Each piece is shipped directly from the artist, allowing for a more considered and efficient process.
- As every artwork is unique, delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and availability.
- Once your purchase is confirmed, the artist will be in touch to confirm your delivery date

- All artworks are entrusted to professional fine art couriers, experienced in handling delicate and valuable pieces.
- From collection to delivery, your artwork is treated with the highest level of care and attention.
Collection Option
- Where available, you may opt for collection at checkout. Details will be provided following your purchase- collection will be from the artists studio
Shipping Costs
Shipping is tailored to each artwork and is calculated individually, taking into account:
- The size, value, and nature of the piece
- Insurance requirements
- Delivery location
In certain cases, we may be able to contribute toward or fully cover shipping costs, which will be discussed with you personally.
International Shipping
- We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping.
- For international orders, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to purchasing so we can provide a bespoke quote and timeframe.

- We are unable to accept responsibility for delays resulting from incorrect details.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that acquiring artwork is a personal and considered decision. Our aim is to offer clarity, confidence, and support throughout your experience with us.
Reserving An Artwork
If a deposit is placed to secure a piece:
- The remaining balance is due within 14 days.
Should this not be completed, we reserve the right to:
- Retain the deposit
- Make the artwork available for sale again
Please contact us if you'd like to reserve a artwork.
Comissioned + Sourced Works
For artworks acquired specifically on your behalf:
- Returns are not available for change of mind.
- A refund will only be offered if the work arrives irreparably damaged and cannot be restored.
Online Purchases
For artworks delivered directly. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your artwork arrives damaged, or
- It does not meet your expectations
- If any damage can be professionally resolved, we will arrange this, and the sale will proceed once the work has been restored.
In The Rare Event of Damage
- Should your artwork arrive with any damage, we ask that you contact us promptly with supporting photographs within 7 days of receiveing.
- We will handle the matter swiftly and carefully in collaboration with our couriers.
Acceptance of Artwork
- Any concerns must be raised within the stated timeframes.
- After this period, the artwork will be considered accepted in full.
Refunds + Credit
Where a refund is not appropriate, we may offer gallery credit, allowing you the flexibility to select another piece:
- Valid for 12 months
- Redeemable at a time that suits you
